Do you know that feeling you get when you discover a place and it's just magic? The location we chose for this shoot is one of my new favourites. Sun soaked warmth, arid brush, bright flowers and so many birds. I love photographing in natural, outdoor environments. I feel like it's easier to find yourself in a peaceful, relaxed mindset, let go of everything else, and just be with each other.

Can I be honest? I don't do this for the money. I don't want to be famous. I don't feel angst for my art.
I
do it for love. I do it because I believe that people are good &
marvelous & imperfectly beautiful. Being human is a lovely
condition. I do it for brief windows into moments of human connection
that make me glad to be alive. To be glad that love like that exists,
all around us, and between us.
